What should I include in my first message?
Share the audience, occasion, estimated quantity, budget range and required delivery date. A product link or inspiration image also helps.
Which logo file works best?
Vector AI, SVG or PDF files are best. A high-resolution transparent PNG can work for many products.
Do I approve the design before production?
Yes. You receive a digital artwork mockup and production begins only after approval.
Can you build a custom gift set?
Often, yes. Product availability, budget, branding method and minimum quantities determine the possible combinations.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Multi-address Canadian delivery may be available. Tell us the number of destinations when requesting a quote.
