Metal pens with your company logo: what to confirm

Buying promotional pens for a conference, reception desk or client gift? Compare the complete branded order—not just the lowest advertised unit price.

  • Choose the exact pen: start with the Custom Metal Executive Pen and check its current colours, minimum quantity and pricing tiers.
  • Confirm decoration: printing and engraving depend on the pen's material, finish and available logo area. Ask which method is suitable before approving artwork.
  • Compare the full cost: request separate confirmation of the pen quantity, decoration, setup, any individual packaging, delivery and tax.
  • Work backwards from your event: share the date the pens must arrive. Stock, artwork approval, production and transit each affect the confirmed schedule.

Send your quantity, preferred colour, logo, budget and delivery city. Gifty is based in North Vancouver and supports projects across Canada; availability and timing are confirmed in your written quote.

Catalogue note: an everyday ballpoint labelled “Design concept” or “Special order” is a sourcing enquiry, not a confirmed in-stock alternative. Do not use its indicative figure as a final branded price.

Custom logo pens for events, kits and client gifts

Metal pens make a polished gift on their own or inside an executive desk set, while everyday ballpoints suit trade shows, reception desks and onboarding kits. Tell us how you plan to use them and we will recommend a pen style, colour and logo method.

How ordering works

  1. Request a quote with your quantity, budget per gift, logo and the date you need it.
  2. We recommend products and a branding method, then send a digital proof for your approval before production.
  3. We deliver for free in Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby and Coquitlam, or ship across Canada.
